Lizbeth Valenzuela

Lizbeth Valenzuela has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Lizbeth began their career in 2014 as a Planning & Sales Manager Trainee at Aliaxis, where they managed a team and conducted analyses to inform decision-making. Lizbeth then moved on to work as a Purchasing Manager at Valto Tecnología, where they negotiated prices with suppliers and created reports for better analysis of purchases. In 2017, they joined Alcon as a Business Planning & Analysis Trainee, where they optimized reports and supported financial processes. Lizbeth then transitioned to Rappi, where they served as an Account Growth Manager and a Commercial Hunter, successfully increasing sales for clients and developing new alliances. Lizbeth later worked at Valto Tecnología again, this time as a Business Operations Analyst, conducting data analysis and providing recommendations for sales improvement. Most recently, Lizbeth held roles at Via.work and Justworks as a Senior Customer Success Manager & Benefits Lead, where they managed global portfolios, onboarded clients, and collaborated with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience.
