Calin Antoniu Dandu

Calin Antoniu Dandu has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. From 2012 to 2016, they worked at Milano Rilievi, where they served as a Business Development Manager, responsible for identifying and managing worldwide projects in luxury civil engineering. Calin Antoniu also worked as an Engineering Consultant, handling high precision surveying projects and assisting in the solution development process.

In 2016, Dandu joined Das Strategic Project as a Project Manager, overseeing project planning, financial projections, contract management, and quality control.

From 2017 to 2018, they worked at Konsälidön as a Relationship Manager, responsible for winning new projects, managing a team of analysts, and expanding the network of clients in the GCC and the Middle East.

Dandu then joined Mentor Global Consultants in 2018 as a Senior Engagement Manager, providing management consulting solutions to help organizations achieve their objectives.

Calin Antoniu later became an Independent Business Consultant in 2015, working across various clients and industries, including market entry strategy, business planning, tender selection, financial planning, and project management.

From 2020 to 2022, Dandu served as the Managing Director of My Technology, where they crafted strategies, oversaw fiscal activity, provided leadership, developed company culture and vision, and ensured legal compliance.

Currently, Dandu is the MEA Partner Success Principal at Via, starting from 2022.

Calin Antoniu Dandu has a diverse education history. Calin Antoniu started by earning a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Land Surveying from Transilvania University of Brasov in 2013. In 2014, they pursued further education and earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Project Management from Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers. In the same year, they also completed Extended learning in Business Administration and Advanced Management from California State University-San Bernardino. Continuing their studies, Calin earned a Master's degree in Business Development from Academia de Studii Economice din București in 2016. Additionally, they hold a Master of Science (MS) degree in Geomatics from Universitatea Tehnică de Construcții București, which they obtained from 2013-2015. Calin has also received several certifications, including "Inspiring Leadership through emotional intelligence" from Case Western Reserve University (2014) and various ArcGIS certifications from Esri (2013). Calin Antoniu also holds an English certificate of professional competence and a Cambridge Certificate in Advanced English.
