Kimberly Adams

Kimberly (O'Neill) Adams has a diverse work experience in the education and strategy & operations fields. Kimberly is currently working at Via as the Principal in the Strategy & Operations department. Prior to that, they were an Associate Principal in the same department at Via. Previous to Via, Kimberly worked at Teach For America as a Recruitment Manager for two years. Kimberly also worked at Uncommon Schools as a Middle School Math Teacher and later as a Math Instructional Leader. In addition, they held positions at Summit Academy Charter School, including 6th Grade Level Leader and Middle School Math Teacher. Kimberly began their career as a Corps Member at Teach For America.

Kimberly (O'Neill) Adams obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics with a minor in Hispanic Studies from Boston College between 2009 and 2013. Kimberly later pursued a Master of Arts degree in Secondary Education and Teaching at the Relay Graduate School of Education from 2013 to 2015.
