Ofer Shapira has extensive work experience, starting from their time at the Israeli Military Intelligence Unit 8200 as a Senior Software Engineer. Ofer then worked as a Product Developer at www.webiti.co.il, where they were involved in the development of a daily deals aggregator website and a children's apparel online store. After that, they worked as a Senior Software Developer at 3i-Mind, Inc. and as a Full Stack Engineer at 888holdings, where they established a team to recreate the 888 Poker game on HTML5. Ofer also worked as a Senior Developer at InfiApps and as a Board Member at EO Israel. Ofer has also made significant contributions as a Co-Founder of DSM Tool, where they led the company from its inception to reaching $1.5M in ARR within three years. Currently, they are a Senior Full Stack Engineer at monday.com, and in the future, they will be working as a Software Engineering Team Lead at Via, leading the development of a SaaS product for vehicle operators in the Transit-tech field.
