Elena Hansen

Elena Hansen is the current head of people and culture at ViaBill. Elena has previous experience working as an HR director at Integrites, Megatrade Distribution House, LLC of Octava business group, and AIS Group. Elena has also been self-employed in the past. During their time as training and development manager at AIS Group, they were responsible for designing and implementing training programs that improved employee productivity. Elena is a highly experienced HR professional who is dedicated to their work.

Elena Hansen has a long and varied career in education. Elena started out as a coach at the Wiesbaden Academy of Positive Psychotherapy (WAPP) in Germany. Elena then went on to obtain their master's degree in psychology from the State University 'Bohdan Hmelnycky'. Finally, they obtained certification from the Danish Chamber of Commerce in Danish employment law.

They work with Simon Rasmussen - Chief Architect, Claus Linde - SVP, Product, and Kristian Thogersen - Chief Commercial Officer. and Nanna Olesen - Administrative Assistant reports to Elena Hansen. Elena Hansen reports to Jan Lytje, CEO.
