Fernando Kilinsky

Fernando Kilinsky is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and release train engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Director of Program - Release Train Engineer at Viaccess-Orca since March 2022, Fernando facilitates SAFe ceremonies and drives TV solution R&D initiatives. Prior experience includes a tenure at Amdocs from April 2013 to March 2022, where roles encompassed Program Manager and Project Manager, overseeing the Amdocs Catalog and managing product implementation for Enterprise Product Catalog. Earlier career highlights include a Freelance Consultant role at Hewlett-Packard Enterprise Services and a Group Leader position at Amdocs, leading development projects and training new team members. Fernando holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
