Sammer Elia

Sammer Elia is an experienced sales and business development professional with a strong background in telecommunications and multimedia services. Currently serving as Sales & Business Development Director for the MENA & PAK regions at Viaccess-Orca, Sammer leads efforts in OTT video and entertainment solutions. Previously, Sammer held multiple roles at ILS Technologies, including Associate & Board Member and VP of Multimedia and APM BU, where strategic growth and operational management were prioritized. Other notable positions include Sales & Business Development Director for Broadpeak in Australia and New Zealand, Founder & CEO of Global Business Solutions SAL, and various technical roles at NEC France and Nortel Networks. Sammer holds an M.Sc. in Digital Communication Systems from IMT Atlantique and an Advanced Mathematics degree from Lycee Michelet.
