Ishaan Ahluwalia is a seasoned professional in the music and events industry with extensive experience in talent management and artist services. Currently serving as Senior Director of Music & Artist Services at Viacom18 Media Private Limited since September 2014, Ishaan leads the Talent Management Division, managing artist bookings for the flagship property Vh1 Supersonic. Previous roles include Director and Associate Director at Viacom18, where responsibilities involved negotiating contracts, handling artist logistics, and managing marketing needs. Prior to this, Ishaan held the position of Deputy General Manager - Talent Management at Percept Ltd, overseeing artist bookings for the Sunburn Festival, and began a career in event production as a Production Executive at Percept Ltd, handling various corporate and live events.
