Dalia Vainer

Dalia Vainer is the Director of Customer Experience at Viafoura. Dalia was previously the Customer Success Manager at Theatro from January 2019 to January 2021. Prior to that, they were the Billing Experience Manager at Reliance Home Comfort from May 2016 to January 2018. Dalia began their career as a Summer Associate in Business Development at LifeLabs Medical Laboratory Services from May 2015 to August 2015.

Dalia Vainer has a Bachelor’s Degree in Operations Management and Info Systems with Honours from Schulich School of Business - York University. Dalia also has certification from Canadian Securities Institute (CSI) in Investment Funds in Canada and The Second City in Improv Conservatory.

They work with Mike Munroe - CFO, Mark Zohar - President & COO, and Dan Seaman - VP of Product. Their manager is Jesse Moeinifar, Founder & CEO.
