Sebastian Brenes has a diverse background in the tech support and information technology field. Sebastian started their career at Sykes Enterprises, Inc. in 2012 as a Cisco Engineer and later became a Technical Support Manager. In 2019, they joined WhosOnLocation as a Technical Support Consultant. In 2020, they moved to MobStac and took on the role of a Technical Support Manager. The next year, they worked at Conde Media as a Business Owner. In 2021, they held multiple positions, including Senior Data Analyst at Frontline Education and Technical Support Consultant at MULTI-STATE PARTNERSHIP FOR PREVENTION. In 2022, they worked as an Information Technology Consultant at Vial. Currently, they are employed at Insperia, Inc as a Tech Support Consultant starting from February 2023.

Sebastian Brenes has a diverse education history spanning several years. From 2012 to 2015, they attended Universidad de Costa Rica UCR, where they earned a Technician degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications. Following this, they pursued further education and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering from Universidad de Costa Rica UCR from 2013 to 2018. During the same period, from 2014 to 2018, they also pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Universidad Estatal a Distancia. Sebastian is currently enrolled at Southern New Hampshire University, where they are expected to graduate in 2025 with a degree in Cybersecurity within the field of Information Technology.
