At Viam, we’re addressing these issues by building a novel robotics platform that relies on standardized building blocks rather than custom code to create, configure and control robots quickly and intuitively. The executive team at Viam has a history of experience in the technology industry, including founding and working at MongoDB, Inc. and ShopWiki. They also have experience in software engineering from DoubleClick, INC. and research from Omega Advisors. The team is rounded out with experience in finance from Starpoint Capital and board positions at NCS Analytics and Echosec Systems. All members of the team have a computer science degree from Brown University.
