Heather Baker-Heriot

Heather Baker-Heriot has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Heather currently holds the position of Head of Projects & Process Transformation at Vianet Group plc, a role they have been in since February 2021. Prior to this, Heather worked as a Life Coach & NLP Master Practitioner at INFINITY BRIDGE COACHING LIMITED from May 2015 onwards.

From March 2019 to November 2020, Heather served as the Head of Transformation Delivery at Gentoo Group Limited. Before that, they were the Application Services Manager at the same company from May 2016 to April 2019.

From November 2011 to November 2015, Heather worked as the IT Operations Manager at Sahaviriya Steel Industries (United Kingdom) SSI UK Ltd. Heather also briefly held the position of Sales Office Manager at Salamander Pumps from June 2011 to October 2011.

In their earlier career, Heather held various roles at different companies. Heather worked as the Operations Director at the gifted penguin from June 2008 to June 2011. Additionally, they hold the L.C.H. Diploma from Achievement Specialists Limited, obtained in January 2016.
