David Cox

David Cox has over 20 years of work experience in the media industry. David began their career as a Presentation Scheduler at BSkyB from 1997 to 1999. David then worked as an ESL English Teacher at several Korean Language Academies from 2000 to 2003. Following that, they joined British Sky Broadcasting Ltd as a Presentation Scheduler from 2003 to 2006, then as a Senior Presentation Scheduler from 2006 to 2007, and eventually as the Manager of Presentation from 2008 to 2013. Currently, they are the Head of Broadcast Schedule Operations at Viaplay Group, a position they have held since 2013.

David Cox completed the Oxford Executive Leadership Programme at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford in 2020. In 2016, they studied Social Media Marketing at the University of the Arts London. Prior to that, from 2007 to 2009, they pursued a Certificate in Management with a focus on Business & Marketing Management at Birkbeck, University of London. David Cox obtained their II.I Joint Honours Degree in Radio, Film & Television and History from Canterbury Christ Church University in 1996.
