Mattias Karlsson

Mattias Karlsson currently serves as Resource and Capacity Manager and previously held the role of Senior Service Manager at Viaplay Group since May 2020. Prior to this, Mattias worked at MTG Technology from January 2016 to May 2020 as Logistics Manager and Logistics & NOC Manager. Mattias has extensive experience from Viasat Satellite Services AB, where roles included CA Administration and Support Manager and Head of Conditional Access from April 2010 to January 2016. Mattias also served as Service Manager at IP-Only (April 2008 - April 2010) and at Dataphone (2007 - April 2008), and owned Misa Consulting from 2005 to 2008. Other positions include Teamleader Customer Support and Project Manager at Citylink (2005 - 2007) and Senior Billing Executive at MCI (1999 - 2003). Mattias holds a Bachelor of Social Science degree from Stockholm University, earned between 2003 and 2006.
