Teemu Virtanen

Teemu Virtanen is a versatile media professional with extensive experience in television production, hosting, and content creation. Currently serving as an on-site host and reporter for Viaplay Group since November 2021, Teemu also works as an executive producer for Mission 24, overseeing a TV series featuring global 24-hour challenges. In addition, Teemu contributes as a consultant for Tubecon Industry Day, a content creator and commentator for Visma Ski Classics, and an editor-in-chief for Marathon Skier Oy, publishing the first online video magazine for marathon skiers. As the owner and producer of Triple TV Productions Oy, Teemu produces various television shows and events and has a rich background with major Finnish networks such as YLE and MTV, where responsibilities included producing, hosting, and sports commentating. Teemu holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Broadcast Journalism from the University of Reno, Nevada, and has a history in content management for mobile platforms while residing in Los Angeles.
