Elizabeth Beyer

Elizabeth Beyer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Director of Human Resources Operations at Viasat Inc. since January 2000. In this role, Elizabeth leads talent operations and oversees strategic initiatives for attracting top talent while ensuring alignment with company goals. Previously, as the Director of Global Talent Acquisition, Elizabeth managed a team of recruiters focused on sourcing exceptional talent for various business segments. Elizabeth has held various positions throughout their career at Viasat, including HR Business Partner and roles in Benefits Administration, University Recruiting, and Compensation. Prior to Viasat, Elizabeth served as a Human Resources Specialist at Zeiders Enterprises, Inc., and as a Recruiting Assistant at Accountants, Inc. Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Northern Illinois University.
