Karen Weiler

Karen Weiler is a seasoned professional in talent development and organizational leadership, currently serving as a Sr. Talent Development Partner at Viasat Inc. since July 2022. Prior to this role, Weiler held the position of Sr. Organizational Development Leader at Johnsonville from September 2021 to July 2022 and spent over a decade at Kohler Co. as Leadership Development Manager and Manager of Human Resources/Talent Development. Weiler's expertise includes aligning global leadership strategies with business goals, creating development tools for career advancement, and driving culture change within organizations. Earlier career experiences include roles at Fiserv as a Human Resources Manager and at SPX Process Equipment and Hewitt Associates in various HR capacities. Weiler earned a BA in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
