Neil McIver

Neil McIver is an accomplished design leader with extensive experience in product design and user experience across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Product Design at Viasat Inc. since September 2019, Neil has previously held key roles at AT&T, where Neil established strategic vision and led a multi-disciplinary design team, and DIRECTV, where significant contributions were made to enhance user experience for US and Latin American markets. Notable professional history includes positions at Harman International and Motorola, focusing on user-centered design and research. Neil holds a Master's degree in Design & Evaluation of Advanced Interactive Systems from Lancaster University and has completed additional specialized training in design strategy.
