Stacy Nguyen is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate paralegal roles, currently serving as a Senior Corporate Paralegal at Viasat since February 2009. In this position, Stacy manages Board Relations and Securities, serving as the primary liaison with the Board of Directors and overseeing all Section 16 matters, including securities filings and compliance programs. Prior experience includes managing corporate governance for subsidiaries globally as a Senior Paralegal in Global Legal Services and specializing in intellectual property as a Patent and Trademark Paralegal. Stacy holds an ABA-approved paralegal program degree with honors from the University of San Diego, a professional certificate in Intellectual Property from UC San Diego Extended Studies, and a Bachelor's degree in Advertising from Northern Arizona University.
