Christine Vance possesses extensive experience in human resources and marketing. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at EngageCX since October 2010, Christine specializes in recruiting, onboarding, and fostering relationships with agents and clients in a remote call center environment. Prior to this, Christine operated as the Sole Proprietor at Creative Marketing Ventures from January 1998 to May 2016, where services included executive-level support, client research, and marketing database management. Additionally, Christine worked as the Credit Manager for Phoenix Home & Garden at Cities West Publishing from February 1996 to December 1998, overseeing credit management and risk assessment for advertising clients across multiple publications and events.
