Rosanne Arnet

Rosanne Arnet serves as the Learning and Development Manager at VIATechnik since May 2023, bringing extensive expertise from previous roles, including as the Head of Internal Learning at Allvue Systems where significant initiatives included leading training for over 600 employees, developing technical training programs for implementation partners, and designing a leadership development roadmap. At FIS, Rosanne held the position of Global Learning Team Strategist, collaborating with executives on leadership initiatives and overseeing onboarding programs post-acquisition. Additionally, Rosanne's career began at SunGard as the Head of Global Learning for Capital Markets, where strategic learning programs contributed to substantial revenue growth. Rosanne holds a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Touro University California and a Bachelor’s degree in Business and French from the University of Illinois Chicago.
