Catherine Shao

Catherine Shao is the current Chief of Staff at Viatris. Prior to their current position, they held various positions at Pfizer from October 2016 to November 2018, including Greater China Procurement Lead, China Procurement Director, Asia Regional Support Lead, and Senior Category Manager. From July 2010 to March 2013, they served as the Asia Regional Senior Sourcing Manager at Pfizer. Catherine has also worked at Intel Corporation in various capacities from September 2009 to July 2010 as Global Strategic Sourcing Manager and from August 2006 to August 2009 as Global Contract and Negotiation Manager. Prior to their work at Intel Corporation, they were the Purchasing Manager at China National Technical Import and Export Corp from August 1993 to December 2000.

Catherine Shao has a master of business administration from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a bachelor's degree from Shanghai University of International Business and Economics.
