Lu Hong

Lu Hong is currently the Head of HR for Greater China & JANZ at Viatris. Lu has over 23 years of experience working in Human Resources, with the majority of their experience coming from their time at Pfizer. Lu began their career at Pfizer in January 1997 and worked their way up to Senior Vice President of Human Resources for the Upjohn Division. In this role, Lu was responsible for leading HR for Pfizer's Upjohn business, which comprised 12,000 colleagues with a mission to relieve the burden of NCDs (non-communicable diseases) with trusted, quality medicines for every patient, everywhere in the world. Lu's experience and leadership in HR has been instrumental in their current role at Viatris.

Lu Hong's educational career consists of a Bachelor's degree in International Economics and Trade from Dongbei University of Finance and Economics, and a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Business Administration and Management, General from Peking University.

Their manager is Michael Goettler, CEO. Lu Hong works with Sanjeev Narula - CFO, Catherine Shao - Chief of Staff, and Erik Bossan - Head of Europe.
