Nicolette O'Rourke

Nicolette O'Rourke is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in executive compensation, equity, and mobility within the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as Chief of Staff - CHRO and Senior Director of Global Executive Compensation at Viatris since December 2017, Nicolette has excelled in various leadership roles, including Director of Global Equity Compensation and Mobility. Prior to Viatris, Nicolette held the position of Senior Manager for Global Equity Compensation at Mylan, and has a substantial background from PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, where responsibilities included tax compliance and services for fiduciary trust tax clients.
