Nilanjana Ghosh

Nilanjana Ghosh is an experienced professional in the field of pharmaceutical quality management and assurance. Currently serving as an Executive in Quality Management System (QMS) at Strides Pharma Inc. since March 2023, responsibilities include overseeing all QMS activities, including laboratory incidents, out-of-specification (OOS) results, out-of-trend (OOT) results, deviations, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and change control. Prior to this role, Nilanjana worked at Medreich Limited from September 2020 to March 2023 as an Officer in Development Quality Assurance and as an Officer in Analytical Research and Development. An internship at the Regional Drug Testing Laboratory in Guwahati occurred in May to June 2019, focusing on analytical research and development. Nilanjana holds a Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Quality Assurance from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, and a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from Gurunanak Institute Of Pharmaceutical Science And Technology, alongside completing Class 12 in Science at Desbandhu Vidyalaya Girls, Chittaranjan, Barddhaman.
