Hugues Latour

Hugues Latour is an accomplished Principal Software Architect with extensive experience in software development and engineering, currently at VIAVI Solutions since January 2019. Prior experience includes roles as Principal Software Architect at NordiaSoft and Research Engineer at the Communications Research Centre, as well as Military Satellite Communication Research Engineer at Defence Research Establishment Ottawa. Hugues has also served as an Assistant Professor at the Royal Military College of Canada, where responsibilities included preparing lesson plans and supervising hardware/software design projects. Earlier in the career, Hugues worked as a System Test Programmer with the 14 Software Engineering Squadron and as a Software Engineer at Paramax, contributing to various projects on the CP-140. Hugues holds a Master's degree in Real Time Computer Design from the Royal Military College of Canada.
