Joe Vogliano

Joe Vogliano has over 30 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as a Strategic Account Manager for AT&T at Viavi Solutions since January 1995. Vogliano's expertise includes a strong focus on new technology and innovation, as well as strategic efforts in new product approvals and technology introduction for AT&T. Prior to joining Viavi Solutions, Vogliano held the position of Executive Account Manager at Acterna and Telecommunications Techniques Corporation, during which TTC was acquired by JDSU in 2005. Early in the career, Vogliano worked as a Senior Field Engineer at Westinghouse Electric Company from 1986 to 1995. Vogliano holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Ohio University, earned in 1986.
