Brandon Laun

Brandon Laun, CSM®, is an experienced leader in customer strategy and success, currently serving as the Director of Customer Strategy & Success at Vibes since May 2022. Previously, Brandon held various positions at FinancialForce from December 2017 to April 2022, including Implementation Customer Success Manager and Strategic Customer Success Manager. Brandon's career in customer success began at CA Technologies, where roles included Technical Services Manager and Technical Services Lead from August 2010 to December 2017. Earlier in the career path, Brandon worked as a Product Support Engineer at Perceptive Software. Brandon earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from Northwest Missouri State University between 2005 and 2009.
