Phillip Lam

Phil has over 10 year of experience in consulting, private and public accounting. He has consulted for companies with market caps over a billion dollars from risk assessment to technical accounting issues, like mergers & acquisition. He was previously the assistant controller for Pinnacle Property Management where he led a team in financial reporting, accounting, and forecasting. At Vibrant Cities, he manages the day-to-day accounting operation, debt compliance, as well as Financial Planning & Analysis for the company.

Phil began his career as an auditor with Ernst & Young in the real estate group, where he has gained extensive experience with SEC filings. He holds a Masters in Accounting from the University of Washington.
