Winston Yeung

Winston has been an owner/operator in the real estate industry since 1999, and is experienced in all stages of acquisition, financing, property management, and disposition. A long time investor, Winston has been involved in projects in Seattle, Portland, and Vancouver, B.C. Previously he was head of Legal Operations at T-Mobile for 14 years where he developed extensive operations, leadership, and project management experience, and implemented complex systems that have processed over $1.5 billion dollars of spend.

As an avid supporter of diversity, equity, and inclusion, Winston is pleased to be working at a minority and woman owned company, and is also keen on participating in affordable housing initiatives. He is passionate about creating value for investors and places a premium on building long term relationships. Winston has a B.Sc. from the University of British Columbia.
