Deborah Katz, LMSW, QMHP, PSS, is an experienced mental health professional with a diverse background in providing peer support and education. Currently serving as an Online Peer Support Specialist for Vibrant Emotional Health since May 2021, Deborah also facilitates groups and trains with the Depression Bipolar Support Alliance in Portland, Oregon, while volunteering as an educator for NAMI Multnomah. Deborah's extensive volunteer work includes contributions to NorthStar Clubhouse and Randall Children's Hospital. Previously, Deborah operated as a self-employed medical social worker and managed social programs for FolkTime, Inc., demonstrating a strong commitment to supporting individuals with mental health challenges. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Portland State University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Speech and Communication Studies from San Francisco State University.
