Maura Kenney

Maura Kenney is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and member services, currently serving as Senior Manager of Outbound Engagement at Devoted Health since March 2020. With a strong track record in managing and developing teams, Maura oversees a service operation that includes 16 supervisors and 140 front-line staff. Previous roles include Director of Operations at Green Clean Maine, Housekeeping Manager at The Press Hotel, and Front Office Manager at The Essex, Vermont's Culinary Resort & Spa. Maura's career began with guest services roles at Shelburne Farms and academic involvement as a Resident Assistant at Saint Michael's College, where a Bachelor of Arts in English was attained. Further educational experience includes studies at Bond University in 2013.
