April Brough

April is a GIS programmer/analyst who has enjoyed working with geospatial technology for over 17 years. She uses Python to explore interesting spatial questions, especially within ecological applications such as national forest plan revisions, wildfire risk assessments, and environmental impacts for proposed projects. She enjoys using her GIS knowledge and experience to develop new workflows, increase efficiency and data integrity, and enable others to do more with the resources available. She's excited to join Vibrant Planet and help expand the toolsets we can use as stewards of this incredible place we live.
