Sebastian Kristof

Sebastian Kristof is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in total rewards management across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Total Rewards at Bristow Group since May 2018, Sebastian oversees compensation, benefits, global mobility, and equity administration while actively advising the executive leadership team and the Board of Directors. Previously, Sebastian founded Prospectas LLC, a boutique compensation firm, and held key leadership roles at Noble Energy, Kimberly-Clark, BP, and Wal-Mart, where responsibilities encompassed global compensation strategies and international compensation programs. Sebastian holds an MBA in Business Administration from Universidad del CEMA and a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Accounting and Finance from the University of Buenos Aires.
