Brad Moelker

Brad Moelker is a Technical Support Engineer at Vibration Research. Brad has been with the company since May 2020. Prior to that, they were a Lead Fulfillment Associate at Amazon from May 2020 to April 2021. Brad was responsible for managing and organizing thirty to ninety thousand units per day, and ensuring that products were sorted, staged, and loaded correctly, directing a team of 10-12 associates. Brad was part of a record-setting fulfillment center, and top-performing outbound ship dock team; shipping and receiving over forty million units during peak season, and achieving the lowest cost to ship an item in the Amazon network. Brad was also a Quality Process Assistant, where they performed more than twenty quality audits on a daily basis. Brad monitored numerous ship dock functions, and ensured that all tasks met standards for efficiency, safety, and quality. Brad coached associates in standard work procedures to reduce defects and late departures. Brad participated in daily meetings with management to discuss goals, barriers, and successes for the ship dock team. Brad was also an Away Team - Learning Ambassador where they assisted in launching a brand new Amazon fulfillment center in Memphis, TN, in preparation for peak season. Brad was responsible for training eighteen new associates over a three week period, coaching their success in the ship dock, and preparing them to manage teams of their own. Brad coordinated across fulfillment centers to overcome barriers, and worked closely with safety, learning, and management teams to coordinate a safe and successful launch.

Brad Moelker graduated from Grand Valley State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in marketing.
