Ben Baldyga

Ben Baldyga is an accomplished sales leader with extensive experience in driving growth and building high-performing teams across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Sales at Vic.ai since March 2024, Ben leads the go-to-market organization. Prior to this, Ben held the role of Vice President of Enterprise Sales for North America at Zip, where the focus was on simplifying the procurement of B2B products and services. At Celonis, Ben built and managed a new team dedicated to new logo acquisition and annual recurring revenue in North America. Ben's background includes a decade at Qlik in various sales roles, culminating as Regional Director for the East Region. Early career experience includes a marketing position with the North Carolina Technology Association. Ben holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from Marshall University.
