Kathy Timmins

Kathy Timmins is an experienced professional in business development and program delivery with a strong focus on economic and community development in Victoria. Currently serving as Senior Manager Business Development at the Department of Government Services since May 2023, Kathy previously held roles such as Senior Manager, Program Delivery at the Department of Jobs, Precincts and Regions, and Manager Investment and Trade at Regional Development Victoria. With a career spanning over two decades, Kathy has also worked as Chief Operating Officer at CT Management Group and held various project management positions with local councils in the UK and Australia. Kathy holds a Master's degree in Construction Management from the University of Bath.
