Victoria Carr-Brendel

Victoria Carr-Brendel is an accomplished leader in the medical device industry, currently serving on the Board of Directors at Vicarious Surgical Inc. and holding the position of President at Advanced Bionics since December 2018. Victoria's extensive experience includes serving as GVP and President of Cochlear Implants at Sonova Group until June 2024 and as Chief Executive Officer at JenaValve Technology from June 2015 to December 2018. Victoria's career at Boston Scientific spanned nearly a decade, where roles included Site Lead/General Manager and VP of Research and Development for the Electrophysiology division. Early career achievements include positions in research and development at Dexcom and Adiana, along with foundational work in gene therapy at Baxter Healthcare. Victoria earned a Ph.D. in Immunology from the University of Illinois Chicago and holds an MS in Microbiology from Iowa State University, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Monmouth College.
