Previously, Maxim held the position of General Manager EMEA at Digital Wave Technology, overseeing operations in Europe with a focus on enhancing retailer capabilities through an AI platform. As the CEO and Founder of GoalProfit, Maxim developed the world's first low code retail optimization platform, while also serving as CEO of Ailet, leading digital transformation in the CPG and retail sectors. Prior experience includes roles at IBM, where Maxim was the Customer Success Leader at Watson Customer Engagement and Regional Director for CEE & Finland, driving business development and client success. Earlier, at The Nielsen Company, Maxim led merchandising services development across several Eastern European markets. Academic credentials include an MBA from the Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO and a Master's degree in Public Management from Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia.
