Dianne Dollete - Mejia

Dianne Dollete-Mejia has a range of work experience spanning from 2010 to the present. Dianne currently holds the position of Human Resources and Admin Manager at Vice Cosmetics Group Inc., a role they have held since April 2019. Prior to this, they worked as an HR Jr. Manager at G4S from January 2018 to February 2019.

In 2014, Dianne joined G4S Holding Inc., where they held various roles including Compensation and Benefits Lead and HR Jr. Manager from March 2015 to January 2018, HR Business Partner and Welfare Officer from November 2014 to March 2015, HR Recruiter from July 2014 to November 2014, and HR Assistant - Background Investigator from March 2014 to July 2014.

Before joining G4S, Dianne was employed as a Cash Custodian at G4S from February 2013 to March 2014. Dianne also worked as a Customer Service Representative at STARTEK from December 2011 to January 2013 and at PacificHub Corporation from July 2010 to October 2011.

Dianne Dollete-Mejia completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing Science from Centro Escolar University, from 2006 to 2010. Dianne then pursued their high school and grade school education at Pasig Catholic College, from 1996 to 2006.

In terms of additional certifications, Dianne obtained their Registered Nurse license from the Philippine Professional Regulation Commission in September 2011. Dianne also obtained various certifications related to occupational safety and health, including Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) from Peme Consultancy, Inc. in December 2015, and Postgraduate Course on Basic Occupational Safety & Health (BOSH) for Nurses from the Occupational Health Nurses Association of the Philippines (OHNAP), Inc. in May 2017.

In 2019, Dianne further enhanced their qualifications with certifications such as International English Language Testing System (IELTS) from the British Council in April, Risk Management Specialized Occupational Safety Training and Advanced Occupational Safety and Health - Loss Control Management, both from FRREAL Occupational Health and Safety Training Services. Dianne also pursued a Post-Graduate Certificate in Professional Teaching from AMA University from 2018 to 2020 and earned a Diploma in Professional Teaching from the same institution from 2018 to 2021.
