Daniel Diresta

Daniel DiResta has a strong background in operations and recruiting, particularly in the legal industry. Daniel most recently worked as the Chief Operating Officer at Vicente LLP since September 2022. Prior to that, they held the same role at Williams Kastner from May 2019 to September 2022, and at Marten Law LLP from May 2015 to May 2019. Before becoming a COO, Daniel worked at Davis Wright Tremaine LLP in various positions within the firmwide attorney recruiting department, including Senior Manager, Firmwide Attorney Recruiting Dept., Firm-wide Attorney Recruiting Manager, Professional Development & Recruiting Administrator, Recruiting Coordinator, and Operations and Recruiting Assistant.

Daniel DiResta has a Certificate in Diversity & Inclusion from Cornell University in 2022. Daniel also holds a Master's Degree in Law Firm Management from The George Washington University, obtained from 2013 to 2015. Additionally, they have a Bachelor's Degree, Honors, from Gettysburg College, which they earned from 2000 to 2004. In 2014, they obtained a Legal Lean Sigma Yellow Belt Certification from the Legal Lean Sigma Institute.
