Yolanda Clarke

Yolanda Clarke is a Senior Attorney at Vicente Sederberg LLP, with experience as an Associate Attorney and Law Clerk within the same firm, specializing in cannabis laws and regulations. Yolanda has a strong background in legal research, drafting memos, and assisting with licensing applications across multiple states. Prior legal experience includes serving as a Student Attorney at the Colorado Law Criminal Defense Clinic, representing indigent defendants, and working as a Lead Paralegal for McCabe, Weisberg & Conway.
