Dilrup Prasanna is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Restaurant Owner at Fat Burner Live Kitchen in Weligama since June 2020, Dilrup also holds the position of Sous Chef at Kabala Hotel and has been a Chef at St. Regis Hotels & Resorts since August 2017. Previous roles include Demi Chef De Partie at Jumeirah Group and Viceroy Hotel Group, and Commi positions at Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts and Villa Ocean View Wadduwa. Dilrup's culinary journey began with an Associate’s Degree in Cookery from the National Apprentice and Industrial Training Authority of Sri Lanka, completed between 2007 and 2010.
