Gaurav Mishra

Gaurav Mishra has a diverse work experience in both the technology and mining industries. Gaurav started their career in 2009 as a Management Trainee at Coal India Limited, where they underwent various training programs and gained field experience in underground mining projects. Gaurav then worked as a Sr Officer Mining at Coal India Limited, supervising production and safety at a mine and managing a team of 50 employees.

In 2011, Gaurav joined Vichara Technologies as a Business Analyst and later progressed to the role of Senior Business Analyst. In this role, they served as the Project Manager for a team developing an incentive compensation tracking system. Gaurav directly interacted with business owners and stakeholders to gather requirements, create documentation, and guide the development and QA team. Gaurav also held the positions of Team Lead - Business Analysis and Manager - Business Analysis at Vichara Technologies.

Gaurav Mishra's education history includes the following:

- From 2005 to 2009, Gaurav attended the Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University) in Varanasi, where they obtained a B Tech degree in Mining Engineering.

- Prior to that, from 2003 to 2005, they studied at Vidya Bharti Chinmaya Vidyalaya in Jamshedpur and completed their +2 degree in Maths Science.

- From 1998 to 2003, Gaurav attended Motilal Nehru Public School in Jamshedpur, where they completed their High School education with a focus on Matriculation.
