Esteban Garcia Leaño is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in engineering and management roles. Prior experience includes serving as Plant Mills and Industrial Maintenance Chief at Bioenergy S.A.S, as well as co-founding Spike Outdoors Equipment, where a focus on travelers' needs was emphasized, and G&G Industries, which developed user-friendly accessories for motorcyclists. Esteban’s early career involved a bilingual customer service role at Teleperformance Colombia and as a Production Engineer at Acustec de Colombia S.A.S. Educated at Universidad de Los Andes with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Esteban’s diverse background reflects a strong commitment to product support and innovative solutions.
