Caitlin Scollan

Caitlin Scollan is an experienced HR Recruitment Consultant currently working at Vickerstock since January 2024, following a brief tenure as a Human Resources Administrator at the Cedar Foundation. Previously, Caitlin held various positions at VANRATH, including Senior Recruitment Specialist for Interim and Contract HR and Senior IT Recruitment Specialist for the Public Sector. Additional experiences include roles at Titanic Belfast as Temporary Christmas Events Crew, Clayton Hotel Belfast as a Meetings and Events Team Member, and Anson McCade as an Internal Recruiter. Caitlin’s background in recruitment is complemented by a Fixed Term Contract as a Recruitment Coordinator at Baker McKenzie, and early roles in front desk reception and market research. Caitlin holds multiple degrees, including an MSc in International Event Management from Ulster University and is pursuing a CIPD Level 3 in HR.
