Zoe Williams has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Zoe started their career in 2006 as a Personal Assistant to Acquired Brain Injury clients, supporting them in their daily living. Zoe also worked as a Youth Mentor for Oxfordshire's youth service before joining Hft as a Personal Assistant, where they supported individuals with all aspects of daily living.

In 2012, Zoe began working at Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust as an OTA in the Learning Disability Team, where they supported a case load and was involved in community-based projects. Zoe participated in sensory assessments and collaborated with other professionals in CPA meetings.

Zoe then transitioned to the role of Occupational Therapist at Oxfordshire County Council in 2018, where they facilitated assessments, interventions, and reviews within the adult social care sector. Zoe was responsible for equipment implementation and care planning.

During this time, they also worked as an IT Assistant at WILLSEA DATA SOLUTIONS LTD, providing IT support.

In 2020, Zoe joined STFC as an Associate Project Manager/Product Owner, where they took on project management responsibilities for several projects within the portfolio.

From 2022 to 2023, they worked at Satellite Applications Catapult as an Associate Project Manager, focusing on project governance and continuous improvement. Zoe worked on projects related to space debris innovation, health tech, maritime, 5G technology, and biodiversity.

Currently, Zoe holds the position of Software Development Project Manager at Vicon, starting in 2023.

Zoe Williams has a diverse education history. Zoe began their education journey by earning an NVQ 2 in Health from Whitehouse Training (Allied Health Care) in 2009. In the same year, they enrolled in the University of East London and completed an Undergraduate Associate Certificate in Children's, Young People, and Families. In 2007, Zoe continued their education at Ruskin College and obtained an Aset Level 2: Intro to Social Work. Additionally, they gained knowledge in developmental psychology through an Aset Level 3 course at Ruskin College (Oxford) in the same year.

Moving forward, Zoe expanded their skills by completing an OCR Level 2 NVQ for IT users at Didcot IT Learning Centre in 2006. Zoe then pursued further education at Abingdon and Witney College, where they participated in an Access Course - Health from 2013 to 2015.

Zoe achieved a significant milestone in their education by earning a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy (Hons) Science from Oxford Brookes University between 2015 and 2018. Zoe later specialized in project management and received a Level 4 Associate Project Manager qualification from Provek with distinction from 2020 to 2021.

In addition to their formal education, Zoe has obtained several certifications to enhance their professional skills. Zoe became a Certified Scrum Master and a Certified Product Leader (Product Owner) through the Scrum Alliance in 2023. Zoe also holds the APM Project Management Qualification (PMQ), Associated Professional Member (APM), and APM Student certifications from the Association for Project Management. Other certifications include Business Analysis Practitioner and Business Analyst Foundation from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT, as well as PRINCE2® 2017 Practitioner and PRINCE2® Foundation Certification Training from PeopleCert. Zoe's commitment to mental health is evident through their completion of the Mental Health First Aider certification from Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England in 2018.
