Laurențiu Mihaila

Laurențiu Mihaila is a seasoned professional in the field of cybersecurity and technical customer success, currently serving as a Technical Customer Success Manager for OEMs and Tier 1 partners at VicOne since January 2025. Previously, Laurențiu worked at Logpoint as a Cyber Security Consultant, providing solutions for various organizations in Germany and Austria, and at Varonis as a Professional Services Engineer and Customer Success Manager, where significant accomplishments included system implementation and optimization. With extensive experience at Wind River, where roles included Premium Support Manager and Senior System Engineer, as well as earlier positions at Comsys and TRITON, Laurențiu has a diverse background in IT support, software engineering, and sales. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Intelligent Systems from “Dunarea de Jos” University and a Master of Engineering in Machine Construction Technology.
