David Keam

David Keam has extensive experience in the engineering and information management sectors, having worked at VicRoads since 2007 as the Team Leader for Engineering Information Management. Previous roles include various positions at Bentley Systems from 1998 to 2007 and at Consulcad from 1996 to 1998, alongside engineering responsibilities in Zimbabwe with SweRoad and AusAID between 1994 and 1994. David's career began at VicRoads, where various roles were held from 1973 to 1992. Academically, David earned a Bachelor of Engineering from Monash University after completing a Higher School Certificate with a focus on Maths and Science at Haileybury College.
