Shannon Bruce is currently serving as the Manager of Customer Service Planning at VicRoads since January 2023. Prior to this role, Shannon held various positions at RACV from January 2008 to January 2023, including Workforce Planning and Analytics Manager, where responsibilities included leading workforce planning initiatives and data analytics strategies, and overseeing the development of reporting and analytical solutions using Tableau and Salesforce. Shannon also served as Reporting Manager, implementing modern enterprise reporting platforms and enhancing data capabilities through ETL processes. Earlier experience includes the role of Systems Support Analyst at RACV and Systems Support Officer at Pemara, along with a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems from Swinburne University of Technology, obtained between 2001 and 2004.
